Lopamudra Raut is a model who comes from Maharashtra and was a participant in Bigg Boss. She was born in Nagpur in a Marathi family. `
For her education, Lopamudra went to Chanda Devi Saraf School & later to G.H.Raisoni College of an engineering college in Nagpur for her engineering education.
Her degree was in Electrical engineering. She participated in acting and modeling contests right from her college days. In the last year of engineering, she won the Miss Nagpur title.
She was a participant in the Miss Diva 2014 pageant and also made it to ‘Top 7’ as a finalist.

Her family includes her parents – Her father Jeevan Raut was a retired accounts officer with MSEDCL. Her mother Ragini Raut is a technical officer in the Agriculture department. She also has a sibling – Elder sister, who is married.

She speaks Marathi fluently along with Hindi and English.
Few of her hobbies include social work such as helping the poor and needy, listening to music, travelling and photography. She was a contestant in the Femina Miss Body Beautiful and the Femina Miss India Goa 2013.
She was the 1st runner-up in the contest. She also has Walked the ramp for Satya Paul in Canada and for the opening ceremony of Times of india Film Awards awards with Diya Mirza.
