- Caroline’s first job in the broadcasting business was at Ireland AM – TV3. She worked there for more than two years. Her duties consisted of various tasks such as booking guests, producing segments, scripting live reads, editing VT’s for broadcast, and creating new slots for the show.
- Caroline worked at TV3 for over 14 years. She was excellent as a journalist and broadcaster, presenting live news bulletins, doing research, writing and editing news stories, and contributing to other on-air affairs.
- For about a year, she was also an associate news producer at TV3, performing tasks such as news scripting, reporting, editing, and liaising between the gallery and newsroom staff during live bulletins.

- She suffers from asthma, and so do her sisters and her father. According to Caroline, this was her father’s “gift” to the family.
- When asked what she would do first if she won the lottery, she said that she would buy another lottery ticket!
