She feels she is lucky to meet so many incredible people in the course of her job as a reporter at Fox 10 News. after eight years of TV anchoring and reporting, Griffin moved onto a new field – Yoga teaching!

- Courtney joined UATV as an entertainment reporter, from September 2010 until May 2011.
- From January 2011 until May 2011, she was a news desk assistant for KVOA-TV.
- KMSB-TV/KTTU-TV offered her the position of associate producer from May 2011 until September 2011.
