Just seen your piece on Fox News about the Philadelphia Injection site controversy in the Kensington section of the city which always has been problematic for decades before it even made national news for this new progressive approach to heroin addiction? You are so accurate, the last thing this city needs is a center that inhibits this deplorable behavior. Living one neighborhood over from this despicable area I can attest first hand why this should not be pushed onto the great hard working tax paying citizens of the lower Northeast Philadelphia, PA.
