- Heidi Hamilton was born on September 24, 1973, in Batesville, Indiana. She lived in this small town with her parents and older brother.
- Soon after graduating college in 1996, she decided to move to LA to pursue her dreams of becoming an actress. She was fascinated with movies, but not many auditions were offered, which frustrated her.
- She started her first radio job at the age of 17 in the summer before her freshman year in college.

- She had a serious boyfriend called Joe in her senior year in high school, and they were together for a few years. They broke up eventually, and it was then she started having this major crush on her female volleyball coach.
- As a late bloomer, Heidi held different kinds of part-time jobs since back in high school. In her senior year in college, she did her internship at the radio station Y96 Hot Country Hits, which was a perfect experience for her to realize what’s it’s like to start in a radio station.

- In 2000, Frosty and Frank teamed up with Heidi to form the Frosty, Heidi & Frank Show which aired on 97.1 FreeFM and later on 790 KABC (AM) Talk Radio in Los Angeles. The show was a great success although with Frosty’s retirement in 2012, came a big change.
- With their partner gone, the duo launched their own morning radio program, The Heidi & Frank Show on KLOS-FM (95.5) in September 2012. Four years later, Frosty eventually rejoined the show at the end of 2016. The three have been doing podcasts on their own site & even post them on Apple’s iTunes.
- Besides being a radio personality, Heidi has done commercials, voiceovers, independent films, spokesperson endorsements, guest appearances on numerous TV shows.
