Charlotte Brosnan was an actress from the United Kingdom. She was popularly known for the roles she played in films like The Disappearance of Kevin Johnson, The Nephew and NYPD Blue. Besides, she was the daughter of actor, Pierce Brosnan famous for playing the role of James Bond.
Personal Life : The Brosnan Family
- Charlotte Brosnan was born on 27th November 1971 in London, England.
- Pierce had adopted Charlotte & her brother Christopher Brosnan after he got married to their mother Cassandra Harris at the Registry Office in Chelsea. At the time Charlotte was just nine years old.
- Cassandra was popularly known for the role she played as Bond Girl in the movie For Your Eyes Only. Pierce and Cassandra had a kid together in 1983, a son named Sean Brosnan.
- Charlotte’s biological father, Dermot Harris died in 1986.
- In December 1991 in LA, Charlotte’s mom Cassandra succumbed to ovarian cancer.
- Three years later, her dad Pierce met Keely Shaye Smith, a journalist and the two got married in 2001 and went on to have two sons together, Dylan Brosnan and Paris Brosnan.

- Charlotte passed away on June 28, 2013, in London. She succumbed to ovarian cancer, a disease that claimed the life of her mother Cassandra many years earlier.
- She had been battling with the disease for close to three years and was undergoing treatment for the same. Dying at the age of 42, she left behind two children, Isabella and Lucas, and her husband Alex Smith.
- At the time of death, she was in the company of her father, Pierce, her husband Alex, her brothers Christopher and Sean and her two children.
- Pierce Brosnan had over the years developed a close bond with Charlotte, who even called him dad despite not being her biological father.
