Lauren Manzo is an American reality television personality. She is better known as the daughter of former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Laurita Manzo.

- Lauren was born in April 1988 in New Jersey.
- She was raised in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, alongside her older brother Albie Manzo & her younger brother Chris Manzo.
- Through her father, Albert Manzo, she is rumored to have been the granddaughter of a notorious mob enforcer.
