Anna Hansen is an American philanthropist and former program manager. Growing up in the spotlight, she was thrust into fame after she began dating cyclist Lance Armstrong.

- Anna Marie Hansen was born on May 24, 1981, in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is the youngest child born to parents David and Sharon, with an older brother named Matthew.
- After meeting through the charity for which she was working, Anna started dating famous cyclist Lance Armstrong in 2008.

- In 2015, Anna made headlines of her own after she took the blame for Lance when he hit two parked cars on their way home from a night out. Explaining her decision to lie to the police, she said, “We’ve had our family name smeared over every paper in the world in the last couple of years …I just wanted to protect my family because I thought, “Gosh, Anna Hansen hit some cars, it’s not going to show up in the papers, but Lance Armstrong hit some cars, it’s going to be a national story.”
- Although she is no longer on the board, Anna is still involved in Camp Wapiyapi. Since 2010, she and Lance have hosted a charity bike ride and dinner (at their house) with all money going to the camp. In the first year, they raised enough money to send 35 kids who were previously on the waiting list due to lack of funds. Each camper experience costs around $1000.
