Background & Personal Life :
- Powell was born on November 14, 1996, to parents – Shannan and Chris Powell. His father is also a wakeboarder and took part in the very first Wakeboarding competition.
- Education : Chandler is currently a student at the University of Central Florida and he is minoring in International Business and majoring in Marketing.
- During his college years, he has been living in Seffner, Florida, but has yet to share his plans after graduation.

Dating Relationship :
- Chandler was thrust into the mainstream spotlight when he began dating Bindi Irwin who is the daughter of the late crocodile whisperer, Steve Irwin and his wife Terri. Bindi is two years younger than Chandler.
- Bindi and Powell met in November 2013 at the Australian Zoo & immediately became good friends. The relationship later evolved and they started dating a few years later.
- Speaking about the relationship, Powel said in an interview that he was unsure when their friendship grew into a relationship but that he was happy that it had.

- Chandler’s career began in Seffner, Florida, where he was a skateboarder from the age of four.
- He would eventually attract the attention of various sponsors before switching to wakeboarding at the age of 12.
- Powell started wakeboarding professionally when he was 15 and since then, he has competed in a whole host of competitions all over the world in places such as China, Australia, Philippines, London, Thailand, and Abu Dhabi. He won the 2014 Triple Crown title.
- His success as a wakeboarder has picked him up sponsorships from big brands such as Liquid Force and Fuse.

- Much like his partner, Powell loves animals and is a Global Ambassador for the Wildlife Warriors Program that was started by Steve and Terri Irwin in the year 2002 to help preserve wildlife and rescue animals in distress.
- Powell even takes time off his busy schedule to help rescue turtles, birds, and other endangered animals and is quite vocal about his passion for animals on social media.
- He is the owner of two puppies, Cocoa and Percy as well as a prairie dog and a ball python.
- When he is not busy, Chandler loves to listen to country music and is a big fan of Lee Brice. He has even attended and posted pictures at Brice’s concert held at the Strawberry Festival.
