I so enjoy Pastor Gary’s teaching so much, love his sense of humor. He is right up there with David Jeremiah in staying true to the Word an application. I am curious, Pastor Gary seems to have such a “handle'” on the Hebrew language, more than the average pastor it seem. What is the origin of this language understanding and usage of Hebrew. Has he studied Hebrew as a language. Where did he pickup all his understanding and application of the Hebrew language?

I attend Cornerstone. Pastor Gary has been traveling to Israel ever year for many years. He is friends with Amir Tsfarti and has gleaned do much Hebrew from his many visits and contacts through the years.
Hebrew and the OT is the primary source for understanding the NT. If one doesn’t read the scriptures Jesús read as a rabbi, how can we understand the depths of the NT?

I am an 81 year old retiree spending my final years in Costa Rica as an expat from the US. I have been a believer since I was 18 and have always been involved in ministry. Before covid, I was very involved with ministering to drug addicts.
In the past 5 years or so I have become so disappointed with pastors – the pastor at my home church in the Chicago suburbs left the church because of abuse of women. About 3 years ago my pastor here in Costa Rica, who I loved like a son, was found to be a womanizer and a thief…hence, the disillusionment!
But, Gary, you have been such a lifeline for me. I just finished with your study of Revelation (and have 104 pages of notes to prove it!) and now am going through your study of Ezekiel 36 through 40. Thank you for being my online pastor during these final, dark days…you bring light into my home with each of your studies. God bless you!

Just not true! I have listened to Pastor Gary for well over a year. I probably listen to 2 or 3 of his sermons a day, because I’m bed bound most of the time. He is most definitely a pastor who faithfully preaches the word of God truthfully.

I utterly agree with Penni. The only pastor who preach the whole counsel of God’s word faithfully. I have finally come to a greater understanding concerning the end times and conviction of faith in Christ Jesus because Pastor Gary Hamrick is able and willing to teach the bible in its context and yet draw precious lessons to deal with all issues in my life.
With greater understanding of the timeline of end time events and the things to come comes the conviction to share with others because Pastor Gary Hamrick at every message is yet able to preach directing attention to Jesus and the relationship with Him with the gospel heard from different angles from confirmed in the inter-connection between the different books of the bible.
His message leads to a deeper love and appreciation of Jesus and a natural desire to put love in action. The being then the doing and not the other way round. Yes it is a lifeline for those who needs to hear the word of God, the truth spoke in love.

Not sure what you are referring to but the Bible I read is exactly what Gary teaches from with true Biblical doctrine. You must be thinking of someone else. Gary is a solid theological scriptural based teacher. He’s a man of truth and a man of God.
How in the world can you say this? I am a Bible teacher and knew pastor Chuck Smith personally and Gary was ordained by Chuck. Do you have a problem with the Calvary Chapel movement or are you just singling out Pastor Gary? What “doctrines” of men are you accusing him of? This man is one of the most genuine good SOLID pastors in today’s watered down Christian world.

I just wanted to say that I am very pleased to make your acquaintance via the sermons you have recently posted on YouTube. The sermon related to Hamas & Israel was right on. I must say it’s been awhile since I regularly attended a church or followed an individual pastor, as my own (right) pastor passed some 10 years ago. Every church we’ve been to since seems to emphasize music, collections, and social entertainment more than disseminating the truth. I am pleased to again find a pastor who truly has the gift, knows his history, and who disseminates the Word in a way that anyone can understand. Kudos to you and please continue your fine work. Your messages have been very helpful to me and mine as we try to deal with what’s happening to our once-great country. May the Lord bless you and yours, and this “close to crumbling” client nation of ours.

My husband was a pastor and I am so glad that you are a teaching pastor. Many just have a duty to stand in the pulpit and talk but never teach. I am a methodist and have not been attending church due to the fact of the distortion of the bible. My wife and I are born-again Christians of the Pentecostal persuasion who have been in church all our lives. A year or so ago, I attached a Roku stick to my tv and began searching for Bible-teaching YouTube videos. We were amazed at your teaching on the Book of Revelation and several other books of the Bible and consider you a credible authority on God’s Word. Our church has several pastors, and we love and respect them all, but after listening to you for a while now (since 2021, I believe), we feel we have an additional pastor. I am so thankful I found Pastor Gary Hamrick’s sermons and teaching on YouYube. I believe he is teaching the Bible the way it should be taught. Line upon line. Precept upon precept. I haven’t heard anyone preach this way, and it is refreshing. It is so good to see some seminaries still teaching to preach the word of God the way it should be taught.

Ez40 was 55 years before the building of the 2nd temple. Why would God be talking about a 3rd physical temple? 2nd temple started approximately 536BC and completed in 516BC under KDarius.
Eph2:19-22 talks about another temple. One where God’s spirit dwells.
Rev11 temple in Jerusalem. Rev 15 temple in heaven. No temple in Rev.21
Would he bet his salvation on a literal 3rd temple? He is the 3rd Temple. No more sacrifices. And he teaches Hebrews? Any takers about a literal temple?

Thank you for your great prophetic teachings. As we look around and see the world in a horrid state. Our Leaders(both)are fumbling and Legislating the immoral cry’s by Woke,to try and keep hold of votes. And the political and war mongering going on around the world, especially in Iran and the Gog and Magog, we see these prophecies falling into place so quickly, don’t we? And sadly students of today are no longer individuals, when we were students we were taught how to think, today they are sadly taught what to think. This of course is why their unified pack mentality is so united. The Pitt Street Uniting Church in Sydney (this is from the amalgamation of the Methodist, Presbyterian and Congregational Churches) has a Transvestite Pastor, who supports the Gay Mardi Gras and Pride march, and is still under the Synod management!!! All Hell is breaking loose here also.
