- Havilah Cunnington was raised in California and spent most of her childhood playing in the mountains. She was raised by preachers Francis Anfuso (father) and Suzie Anfuso (mother). Her father hails from Brooklyn, New York and her mother hails from Browns Valley, California.
- Her dad, Francis, who was initially an atheist, became a minister and traveled all over the world ministering to other people who had rocky relationships with their faith. He was the founding pastor of The Rock of Roseville.
- Havilah has a twin sister named Deborah Anfuso Giles. The twins would travel with their father when he was pastoring to people around the country.
- When she was in 3rd grade, Havilah was diagnosed with dyslexia as well as comprehension and reading issues.
