Ananya Birla is the daughter of industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla, who is one of India’s richest men with a net worth close to 6 Billion US Dollars. She has donned many hats – Entrepreneur, Musician, Popstar!
Entrepreneur Spirit :
At a young age of 17, following her heart, she started her own microfinance company called Svantantra Microfinance. The organization provides women in the rural areas of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh with business finance and has close to 30 branches.
She also runs her health-based e-commerce venture, Curocarte.
Start of Musical Career :
She released her first hit single titled ‘Livin the life’ in a glamorous event in Mumbai in November 2016. She is also the composer and writer of the song. The gala was attended by popular Bollywood actors like Hrithik Roshan, Sooraj Pancholi, Dino Morea, and Sohail Khan. A mix of electro and pop, the track has been mixed by Dutch DJ Afrojack.
Unfortunately, when the song released on YouTube, it received a huge number of dislikes & some nasty comments. However, it still garnered more than 4 Million views within a week of release. The Fray, Cheryl Cole, and Ed Sheeran are some of her favorite artists.

Ananya has completed her Post Graduate education at the prestigious Oxford University in the UK. Interested in music since childhood, she started singing and playing the guitar at a young age. She also has 5 different tattoos on her body, including which says “Always Mommy’s Girl”.
