Amber Dowding is a British reality television personality, who has risen to fame after returning to her ex-boyfriend Chris Clark.

Amber was born on 28 June 1993 in the UK and grew up Epping in Essex.
During her schooling years, she was labelled as a little performer and was said to have a bright and bubbly personality.
Tall and blonde throughout her teenage years, she was approached to model, but her parents shut down that idea until she was 18 as they wanted her to focus on schooling.

She has a close relationship with her mother, Maria, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016. Dowding has said that hearing the news of her mother’s cancer was the worst moment of her life.
Although not as close with her sister Holly, the two banded together upon hearing of their mother’s diagnosis.
After undergoing surgery and radiation, Dowding announced in 2017 that her doctors had declared her mother cancer-free.

After beginning modelling around the age of 18, Amber made a name for herself locally in Essex, particularly as her modelling consisted of some raunchy bikini photoshoots.
During the early days of her modelling career, she also worked part-time as a hairdresser to supplement her income.
