Introduction :
- Catelynn first became famous when she joined the cast of MTV’s reality TV show Teen Mom, in 2009.
- Years later, Catelynn is still a cast member on the show. In 2011, she featured in the spin off documentary ‘Teen Mom 2’, which followed the cast of series 2 of ‘16 and Pregnant.’
- In 2014, she starred in a 2 part reunion on VH1’s Couples Therapy and in 2016 she appeared on the popular chat show The Doctors to promote the release of her new book.

- Catelynn Baltierra (maiden name Catelynn Lowell) was born in Port Huron, Michigan, on March 12, 1992.
- She has two half brothers, River and Nicholas, and one half-sister, Sarah. She also has a step-sister called Amber.
- Her father is David Lowell. Her mother is now divorced from Butch Baltierra following an allegedly abusive relationship.
- In 2012, Catelynn took legal action to gain custody of her younger sister, Sarah. At age 16, Sarah was kicked out of the family home & was adversely struggling with drug addiction.
Relationship and Children :
- Catelynn began dating her step-brother, Tyler Baltierra, in 2004.
