- Grayson Bailey Dolan was born on December 16, 1999, twenty minutes after his twin brother Ethan Dolan, to parents Lisa Dolan, a hairstylist, and Sean Dolan, a teacher and school principal.
- Grayson grew up in the state of New Jersey, in the Long Valley area in Washington Township. He has an older sister, Cameron Dolan.
- Grayson attended school in Morris County, New Jersey, but spent his last years of high school taking classes online. He graduated in July 2017.
- Grayson’s father, Sean Dolan, tragically passed away in January 2019 after a long battle with cancer. He was only fifty years old.
