Valente founded Impra Gas in 2012. The mission of the company was to become the UK’s best boiler specialists by focusing on customer service and quality workmanship.

Impra Gas provides and installs boilers and central heating systems, and is available all over the UK.
Looking to expand his business and gain some much-needed advice and insight, Valente applied to be on The Apprentice, a where entrepreneurs go through a series of tests to prove to the show’s host, Lord Sugar, that they have what it takes to be taught by him.

The Apprentice :

Valente joined the 2015 season of The Apprentice UK. & reached the finals beating 14 other candidates.
The final round of the show pitted him against Vana Koutsomitis, a former investment banker who was looking to partner with Lord Sugar on her new dating app, DatePlay.
Joseph ultimately won, and Lord Sugar invested in his business Impra Gas as a result.

Current Business, Salary and Net Worth :

After Lord Sugar’s initial investment, Valente strengthened Impra Gas’s infrastructure and expanded their reach.
Lord Sugar taught him business techniques, and spent time helping him grow his company during those first few years.
In early 2017, just two years after their partnership, Lord Sugar sold his shares back to Valente, who continues to maintain control of the company. The two parted ways on good terms, and Valente remains grateful for all of the help Lord Sugar provided him.
