Salamanca was initially not obsessed with acting like it usually is the case for most young actors. She initially participated in ad campaigns for Movistar and Telecable all while studying business administration and law.

Salamanca has appeared in several movie roles and television series as well as performing on stage in the play adoption of ‘the marquise’ by Heinrich von Kleist.

Salamanca did not play a major role in the Spanish TV series ‘Los Hombres de Paco’ but is a major character in ‘Grand hotel and Velvet.’ In movies, Salamanca is known for Brain Drain (2009), where she plays ‘Natalia’ and Paranormal Xperience (2011).

Amaia Salamanca was born on 28th March 1986 in Madrid, Spain. Her father is Miguel Ángel Salamanca and her mother is Rosana Urízar. Salamanca has studied business administration and law. This beautiful Spanish actress has been in a relationship with businessman Rosauro Varo Rodriguez since 2010. The two met at a party hosted by a mutual friend in Ibiza.
Both their careers demand that the two stay tremendously busy although the couple tries to spend as much time together as possible. For example, the couple regularly jets off to New York for some family time together. Previously before settling with Rodriguez, Salamanca had been linked with the footballer Sergio Ramos and actor Miguel Ángel Silvestre.
Salamanca is the mother of two sons and a daughter. She became a mother in 2015 and all her children have been fathered by her boyfriend, Rosauro Varo.
