Pushkaraj Chirputkar is a Marathi actor who gained popularity for his role as the simple-minded Ashu in Zee Marathi serial Dil Dosti Duniyaadari.
Early Life and Career :
He was born in Pune, shifted to Mumbai for his acting. For his education, he has graduated in 2008 from the Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering in Pune.
Pushkaraj worked primarily in theatre before D3 happened. He was introduced to theatre acting in the third year of his studies. Pushkaraj has acted in a few theatre plays before finding widespread popularity with the Sanjay Jadhav produced ‘Dil Dosti Duniyadari.
Role of Ashu :
His role as Ashu in this series has been widely appreciated. Aashu is a struggling event planner from Yavatmal, and usually takes borrows and takes petty loans from his friends. His poor English language skills also land him in funny situations.
He is good friends with the entire cast of D3.
His favourite actor is Dilip Prabhavalkar. His height is around 5 feet 8 inches.
