Living in Mumbai, Rupali began her Marathi career with Zunjh on Star Pravah, she was nominated for MATA Sanman 2011 for this role. Later, she anchored a travel show Bhramanti & worked in Mission-Dosti.com with Balaji Telefilms. Her other Hindi TV shows include Siyasat, Pavitra Rishta and few others.

Koylanchal was her debut Bollywood movie, where Suniel Shetty was her co-star, but the movie was a flop. Though there was some controversy with the Censor banning cleavage based scenes from the movie. She also played the role of Anarkali in her first Hindi TV show Siyasaat.
