Shilpa Tulaskar is one of the few actresses to do equally well in Marathi industry as well as Hindi Television. Growing up in Mumbai, she completed her education at the Ramnarain Ruia college.
She was also a part of India’s first daily soaps – Shanti. Thereafter, she went on to play a large number of roles in Hindi, Marathi and Gujrati plays. Recently, she was seen in the marathi movies Sugar, Salt ani Prem & Bhatukli.
One of her most well-remembered roles is playing Sachin Khedekar’s wife in the 2008 movie Me Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy.
In 2019, Shilpa returned to Marathi television playing the role of ‘Rajnandini Saranjame’ in the hit show ‘Tula Pahate Re’.
