Holly was born on March 3, 1987, in Marysville, Ohio, with the birth name Holly Niederkohr.
Parents : Her mother is named Sandy and her father is Dan. Dan Niederkohr is an optometrist by profession, while Sandy was a golf player.
While living in Ohio, she attended Marysville High School from 2001 and then went on to study at Michigan State University, from where she graduated in 2009.
