- Sonia Sunger is a second-generation Canadian born on February 5th, in Victoria, British Columbia.

She also created a TV show, hosted a radio show, and travelled to Calgary at the age of 16 to take part for a day in the broadcast journalism program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
- Sonia loves travelling and frequently goes on trips with her husband Chris Koch. In her spare time, she is an amateur oil painter and enjoys cooking. Sonia also maintains an active fitness routine, including Peloton spin classes 4-5 times a week!
