Introduction :
Jean Bernard Fernandez Versini, or J.B as his friends know him, is a French Restaurateur and businessman. He is most famous for enjoying a brief marriage to British Pop Star, former Girls Aloud member and X-Factor judge, Cheryl Cole.
Personal Life, Parents and Family Details :
- Jean Bernard was born on 29th August 1980, in France, to affluent, business-orientated parents.
- He was raised mostly in the French coastal town of Aix-En-Provence but has spent quite some time in Saint Bart’s, London and travelling throughout the world.
- Jean Bernard was unfortunate to lose his wealthy parents early on in his life, his mother Francoise passed away due to liver cancer when she was only 55 years old.
Marriage and Current Life :
- During the Cannes Film Festival in 2014, he met Cheryl Cole and after a whirlwind romance, the couple married on the Caribbean island of Mustique in July 2014.
- Unfortunately, the pair divorced in late 2016 after around two years of marriage.
- After their breakup, Cheryl went on to date singer Liam Payne, but eventually they too broke up in July 2018. Jean Bernard quoted that the breakup was inevitable as there was a big age difference between the two.

- Jean Bernard has used his business aptitude and Gaelic flair to become a successful restaurateur, devising a mobile pop-up restaurant and nightclub called Cosy Box, with which he tours around some of the world’s richest festivals.
- He started to run his pop-up restaurant in 2008 with his business partner Francky Twister, and is now the favourite of many celebrities, including Paris Hilton, who is said to be charmed by the concept of a restaurant that can simply be packed away and set up in a different place.
- Cosy Box has toured around the world, “popping up” in some unique and stylish destinations. It is a fixture in many of the world’s richest festivals such as Art Basel and Paris Fashion Week and is always present at the Cannes Film festival where it is usually situated on the roof of the Grande Hotel.
- His second pop-up restaurant Versinis was opened to celebrate the 70th Birthday of the Cannes Film Festival. Jean Bernard plans to tour the restaurant before giving it a permanent London base.

- Prior to her marriage with Jean Bernard, Cheryl was married to English professional footballer Ashley Cole from 2006 to 2010. She also has a son Bear Grey Payne with her ex-boyfriend Liam Payne.
