During an interview with OK! UK, Sophie revealed she lost several patches of hair on account of using extensions for too long. She described this problem as ‘contraction alopecia,’ meaning those bits of hair will not be recovered.

The star went from size 16 to size 8 in only six months, after committing to a strict diet. She gave the news in the beginning of 2017 through an Instagram post in which she wore a bikini.
