- Next, from 2014 to 2016, Vanessa headed to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), where she was a Content Strategy and Audience Development Consultant.
- From July 2013 to May 2014, Science Alert Pty Ltd welcomed her as a Science Reporter.
