Harsha Khandeparkar is originally from Goa.
As a child, she was quite active in dancing and singing competitions, drama and other extracurricular activities.

For her education, she went to the Fergusson College, Pune and completed her B.Sc.in Zoology. She intended to continue her studies in marine biology but when she got her photo-shoot done, she started receiving a few offers for print and other advertisements.
