Keerti Nagpure was born and brought up in Pune. She was first seen in Star Pravah’s show Olakh, after she won a talent show hosted by the television channel. In this show, she debuted along with Suruchi Adarkar, who plays the lead role in Ka Re Durava. Kirti played the role of Vibhavari Talwalkar.

She also did one Marathi movie titled Zalay Dimag Kharab. After this, she moved on to Hindi television with a lot of roles in popular TV shows. She was involved in a tragic car accident in 2013.
