Aisling Creevey was born in Leixlip, in the Republic of Ireland. She grew up in Leixlip, where she also went to school.
After finishing high school, Aisling relocated to Maynooth, Ireland, where she attended the National University of Ireland from 2001 to 2004. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Maths and Economics.
Aisling then remained at the National University of Ireland in Maynooth from 2004 until 2005, where she studied a Master of Science with a research thesis in Archaeological Geophysics.

From 2008 to 2009, Aisling then attended University College of Dublin (UCD). She graduated with another Master of Science degree in Meteorology.

In 2009, Creevey started working as a meteorologist for MeteoGroup. She was with MeteoGroup until September 2012, and she did forecasts for rail, road, media, and utility companies. She was also involved in software testing for meteorologists.

Clarification is needed for the National University of Ireland (NUI). It is a federal university made up of constituent universities. Maynooth University and University College Dublin (UCD) are just two of the four constituent colleges. The two are University College Cork (UCC) and NUI Galway. I point this out because Aisling’s entry reads as if Maynooth is the complete National University of Ireland. When she attended Maynooth and UCD, she was attending the NUI in both places!

When did she get married? I and my partner was watching the weather last week and noticed a wedding ring and she was full of smiles and looked so happy! Congrats if you have only just done it. Very happy for you all. Lovely lady!
