Jackie Kabler is a reporter and correspondent born in Coventry (Warwickshire), most well known for her presenting work with QVC UK. Prior to QVC, she had a 9-year stint working on the Breakfast TV Program for GMTV as both a roving correspondent and a reporter. Jackie is now also a bestselling crime writer with HarperCollins.
Personal Life, Parents and Family Details :
- Kabler was born in 1966 in the Coventry countryside of Warwickshire and was the first child of her parents. Her birth was later followed by 5 siblings (4 sisters and 1 brother).
- At the age of 9, her family made the decision to move to Ireland to be closer to family. However, since she was already 9, she had a pronounced English accent that she has kept to this day. This has led to her nieces referring to her as the “English Aunty.” To this day, the majority of her family still resides in Ireland and she considers them to be close.
- She has a large extended family, being that her mother is one of 8 children and her father is one of 11 children.
- Although she is a part of a large family, Jackie and her husband Jonathan do not have any children. Jonathan and many of the couple’s friends are doctors and nurses by profession. In fact, Jonathan’s medical background has helped with research for her crime novels.

- For nine years, Jackie was an indispensable part of GMTV’s Breakfast TV Program. She began as a reporter and producer. After two years, she moved on to a roving correspondent position in which she worked for seven years.

– Ian Hunter and his arrest for murder, including a live TV interview just days before his arrest
– The impeachments of President Bill Clinton
