Bianca was born on April 6, 1980, to mixed nationality parents – a Mexican father and a Puerto Rican mother. Her father is a Mexican immigrant who was a missionary and is now a pastor. Her mother is originally from Puerto Rico.
Bianca’s mother is a cancer survivor who has been battling many forms of the disease since Bianca was twenty-one years old.
Her father, Pancho Juárez, is the senior pastor of the Calvary Chapel in Montebello.

Bianca has three siblings, including a twin sister, Jasmine Star.
She grew up in East Los Angeles, where she was homeschooled by her mother together with her siblings. Growing up, times were rough – the family lived next to a schizophrenic drug-dealing neighbor and had their house broken into twice!
At the age of eleven, Bianca was still unable to read. She prayed for the ability to learn how to read, and soon her reading comprehension improved. She has not been able to put books down ever since learning how to read.

Later on, Olthoff went on to attend a prestigious college, as well as grad school.

In 2009, Bianca signed up for the dating website eHarmony at the insistence of her sister. After months on the platform, Bianca met the man who would become her husband, Matt Olthoff. Matt was a midwest man of German heritage.

They didn’t have a long courtship as Matt proposed to Bianca on her 30th birthday – the date was April 6, 2010, & the venue was the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
Matt & Bianca were married a month later on September 7, 2010.
Through her marriage to Matt, Bianca became the stepmother of two children, Parker and Ryen. The children spend half their time with the couple.

Bianca was the Chief Storyteller for A21, a non-profit engaged with abolishing slavery.

She has since founded In The Name Of Love, an organization that seeks transformation through faith.
