After finishing school, Eden relocated to Northern India and worked as a volunteer for several organizations, including at the orphanage, Ramana’s Garden. During her time there, she decided to open a cafe to raise money for the children and spent time teaching them everything they needed to know about cuisine and pastry before deciding to move to New York.
In New York City, Eden made a 15-minute-long reel called ‘Eden Eats,’ which helped launch her career.

She also worked for Babycakes, a vegan establishment in Lower East NYC.
