I have been having difficulty with a roofing contractor. They talked my wife into giving them funds we received from our insurance company. She gave them the insurance money in advance of any work. They told Joan, my wife, they would start the work in four weeks because of their workload. They said they would extend our back porch 27 feet in seven days before they started putting a new roof on our home. Very poor workmanship caused much damage to our house (mold and leaks).

Joan gave them the funds on May 28, 2021. As of the end of November, I had given them a deadline to complete the project. They failed!

I now want 2 or 3 highly qualified roofer inspectors to examine this project. I plan on filing a lawsuit against this company to
fix my house. I am 84 years old and Joan is 80. I got dragged into this fiasco by default. There is a multitude of problems with this job. This is a massive scam preying on old women.
