Personal Life :
Siya Patil was born in Rajewadi, a small village in Ratnagiri. She completed her education of 1st to 4th standard there.
Later, she shifted to Pune and went to the Hajurpaga school to complete her education till HSC. She is a big sports fanatic, with a black belt in Karate, a national level player in Volleyball and a state-level player in Basketball.
As a child, she wanted to become a police inspector and also appeared for the MPSC exams but later moved into the acting field. In college, one of her nataks Helpline won a Purshottam Karandak award.
Professional Life :
Siya has done many dancing shows and also modelling for a few years. Yashwant Bhalekar directed Chal Gammat Karu in 2010, which was her first break into movies. After that, she did a number of movies like Bhagambhag, Chal Dhar Pakad, Chirbut, Navra Avli Baiko Lovely, Bol Bol Bol, IPL Premacha Lafda and many others.
In her television career, she has done serials like Be Dune Daha, Swapnanchya Palikadle and Vaaras, as well as one Hindi serial called Lakshmi. Dombivili Return and Filmi Andaz are two of her Hindi movies.
She has also done a few popular item songs and advertisements for brands like Wipro and Alfa Heater.
