  1. Ms. Killinger is the best of the best!
Should have her own prime time reality show with wild animals in the jungle. Pet tigers, chimps and a herd of elephants could co-host “Jungle Shawn” as she saves the planet and sells latest fashions!
    Emmy, Emmy, Emmy.

  2. Dear Shawn, Joe, and baby Jagger,

Congratulations to all 3 of you for becoming a family. I was concerned when I didn’t see Shawn on TV, but I can’t think of a better reason for you to be gone.

You and Joe are blessed with a beautiful daughter and you are truly blessed. Enjoy every moment because time goes by so quickly and in a blink of an eye your daughter will be starting school. My firstborn was born in 1979 and I still can remember, as if it was yesterday, holding my little baby in awe that God created such a gift. You and Joe are truly blessed and I know that Jagged will grow up with unconditional love.

Good for you Shawn, Joe and family. Happy for you and your new baby girl. Don’t listen to those haters which is what they are. Enjoy the memories with the little Angel.

  5. Everyone has right to their own thoughts maybe Ms. Mary Jane may have gone through something that might be why she came across the way she did, didn’t mean she is not a good hearted person so don’t be so harsh to her!! Its not wrong to speak a comment

  6. Congrats on my fave Q host, and her hubby. Take care of that sweet innocents your daughter, can’t wait to see you on the Q best to all, take care mom!

  7. Stephanie Miller

  8. Mary Kundert

#11Congratulations to you, Shawn and Joe. Baby Jagger is so lucky! God bless as you start your new family.

  9. You come in clear in Canada, where we love you too! How about a movie career? ie Hollywood. You’re up there with the classics.

  10. Montana Skye

Mary Jane…Wow you sound so bitter, who elected you the baby police? Who are you to judge another’s decision? The decision is a deeply personal one, that was made by Shawn and Joe, as it is their life. Jagger is one very loved child.

  11. Congratulations! I was wondering how you picked your baby girl’s name? It is very unique. My daughter. Anela, was born when I was 44 years old. She is 16 now and I am 60.We have a beautiful relationship that I wouldn’t trade for anything. Age is a state of mind. Children keep us on our toes, and feeling younger!

  12. Marianne Casimir

I think they should remove Shawns name from the shows she would host. They’re really no longer hers. Stay home home as long as you are able. Your baby will grow up fast enough. Take a lifetime if you can. The shows will go on with or without you. Don’t miss a single day of your baby’s life. As for QVC…life goes on. Ask previous hosts. I know you are missed but how missed will you be if come back to the show while during her most informative years. Think about it.

  13. Mary Ann Smith

my mother was 35 when I was born in 1953. I don’t feel that I suffered because of her being an older mother. In fact, I’d say I benefited from her ago, because she had wisdom about life and was a strong independent woman. I learned that from her.

  14. my parents were in their late 30’s when they had both my brother and me after years of trying to have children. We never felt as if we missed out on anything because our parents were a little older. In fact, we benefited from the wisdom that comes with age and the fact they knew exactly what they wanted. They were ready to be devoted parents and we knew we were wanted and loved. Please do not judge people you know so little about. Many women Shawn’s age give birth. She struggled and she and her husband decided to adopt, not buy, a child. What a blessing for heir family!

  15. Mary Jane Kendrel

I think its sad that people with money can literally buy babies, even if they are too old. There are plenty of older kids she could have given a home to if this was truly about love to give. There are so many younger people who would have loved that baby and were unable to concieve and just did not have the money to buy one like Shawn did. It sounds harshm, but it is what it is. No need to sugarcoat the reality. Money buys anything.
and her husband already has older kids,. She wanted a bay and got it, like a
How will the baby feel when she is 16 and her parents are in their 60s, It’s not a fair thing. I know of what I speak.
Just because you can does not mean you should, It is the same with all the people having surrogates and fertility treatments as they are too old to do it the way nature intended, We stop having children at a certain age for a reason! Nature knows best. Good luck,

    1. Mary Jane you are an ASS and obviously extremely heartless and uneducated. Shame on you!!! I guess you had an easy time getting pregnant and carrying to term. Before you spew your negativity you should think long and hard about how it could impact another human being.

    2. I feel so sorry for you Mary Jane. There must be some jealousy/hate for you to make the comments you did. I had a child at 37 when in your eyes I would have been “too old”. I went to a fertility Dr to help me conceive and I have a handsome 12 year old son. Yes, I am 51 now. I had my son at 37 because I chose to be married first and that didn’t happen until later in my life. There are lots of women these days that wait until later in life to have children. There is nothing wrong with Shawn wanting to have/raise a baby at 38 and if they have the money for that child to live a comfortable life then that’s a lucky child. Your comment was ridiculous and hurtful and I only hope next time you might try to put the show on the other foot and be a little more understanding.

    3. Mary Jane- It is SAD that you hurt so much. Yes, there are older kids who. Would love to be adopted and couples maybe like your self who want to have kids. What ever the case with you hate not this child or Shawn and Joe. Wish them the best. Please Mary Jane fine your PEACE and Happiness.

      1. She is not hurting. Why do people make remarks like that when someone’s opinion isn’t all mushy gushy like the rest of you. I totally agree with her and I am not hurting.

Try don’t you try saying something you are think but don’t say because the vanilla people like you will say and do exactly what your doing?

    4. A reply to Mary Jane- my daughter was born when I just turned 42.We adopted her in China. She will be 19 in Nov. And I just turned 61. I have been with her, since she was one and hope to be around longer in her life. The funny thing is that we are not rich and yes we are older. But then again my Mom died when I was 15.5.And she was just 52.NO ONE IS PROMISED TOMARROW. It is the time spent.

      1. Deanna Kessler

nice reply Deb I am very happy for Shawn and Joe very happy they have their baby I wonder why people get so involved with other peoples business give blessings and move on

    5. Pat Millsapps

You are sticking your nose where it does not belong. Put it back on your face. You are an idiot

    6. MaryJane I was a labor and delivery nurse for 32yr. I saw many moms that were 14 and 15yr old and also moms that had their first babies at 45 and 47 because God finally granted their dream of having a baby! Is that mom to be criticized because when her child is 16 that she will be 63?? It almost sounds like you were the child of older parents and didn’t like them or you were an older child that wasn’t adopted. My husband’s older brother was adopted because his parents couldn’t get pregnant and adopted a baby. Should I condem them because they got a baby or that 22mos later they were able to have there biological son? There are many women that have had babies naturally long after nature should have ended that ability. In my eyes those babies are special and gifts from God! Shawn and Joe or any other couple out there that have gone through what they have, Gods blessings and love for your new family. Ignore embittered people’s poison remarks and end enjoy every minute of your life as it speeds by so quickly.

  16. Just want to say CONGRATULATIONs. I am so glad to see you back. Give that precious baby a big hugand a kiss every chance you can. They grow so fast. Best wishes to you all.

  17. Cynthia Dion

    Dear Shawn,

I was worried when I did not see you on the Q, but I am glad to hear you adopted a beautiful baby! Congrats to you and your husband. You are a warm, sweet, kind person and I am glad you have your new little one. I was also happy to hear your Dad has done well. I have been going through the same circumstance sadly with both my parents. Life is hard so it is nice to hear some good news. I think sometimes people who write such negative things have not viewed life from our perspective. God Bless your family and thanks for all the laughs when I really needed them!

  18. Natalie Teague

Shawn bought her husband, her baby and she is so full of herself and so insecure, poor thing, Fix the hair, get of those stupid shoes and outfits and she is a total namedropper. So may people can’t stand her – just ask her, like I did.

  19. Cathy Cooper

I was worried about you not being on QVC. I miss your warmth and your silliness and you definitely know your products. I am thrilled for you and Joe and Jager. Jager is one lucky baby girl to have you as a mom because I know how much you wanted the baby. I lost my only girl I have two living boys and I would’ve loved to adopt a little girl. Even if you do have stepsons there’s something about a little girl. Do more than enjoy this time savor it because it goes way too fast congratulations I’m looking forward to your return

  20. A baby is truly a blessing and love and care for all children should be a priority for all of us regardless of income, age, or social standing. Adoptive parents not only receive the love of a child but provide that child love and stability. Adoption is not an easy process, God bless those parents who are willing to go through the steps to provide loving homes for children of all ages. Congratulations to all parents, and God bless all children.

  21. Dear Shawn and Joe,
CONGRATULATIONS! !! How wonderful for all 3 of you….so much love…Your hearts must be overflowing with joy.
Wishing your baby a life filled with smiles, much love, great health, and many blessings.
God bless all of you ♡

  22. Deborah Bauer

    Dear Joe & Shawn,

Congrats!!! Enjoy your new baby. No one should be judging you. I lost twins at 4 1/2 months and it was horrible. We had better see either you & the baby at The Q or pics. ( maybe I missed pics ).
    Best wishes!
    Debbie B.

  23. It is hard breaking how some people are so cruel. What does age has to do with adopting a baby. I think you need to pray and keep your nose out of other people business.

  24. I have two adopted sons, grown men now. They have been the joy of my life, and a blessing every day. At 33, and 28- they continue to be. A special plaque was given to me that I cherished. It said: you are sons didn’t grow under your heart, but IN IT! Blessings to you 3 !

  25. Brenda Hearn

I so enjoy watching others celebrate life’s blessings. Shawn and Joe congratulations on the birth of your daughter. A baby can change everything that you feel about life and open our eyes to what a special miracle of love they bring to life. I have not been blessed to be a grandmother yet but hold out hope that day is in my future. Your daughter is so blessed to share all the love the two of you can give. I hope you continue to enjoy each moment of your journey and feel special as you make memories and watch your little girl grow up. Thank you for your willingness to share your pictures with the viewers. You are making me smile everytime I tune in to watch.

  26. Mildred N. Jeff

Shawn and hubby congrats to you & your new baby. Mary Jane Kendrel: I think I see a lot of envy coming from you and bitterness. don’t take it out on others. Its no ones fault if you can’t have a child. Wishing others bad things does not help you. So stop it. If its meant to be, it will happen, with or without money.

  27. Patricia Ennis

Congrats Shawnie Sue, I wish you and your family the best life has to offer. You are a natural. I can almost see her as your side kick on the Q. God Bless you, Joe, Jagger and your 2 other children. I am sure that Issac will be making a children’s line now. Looking forward to seeing you back on the Q with your new hair color.

  30. Susan Sutton

To anyone that has anything negative to say about Shawn adopting this baby it is a shame that you could be so cruel to her. She and Joe suffered a horrible loss and it’s God’s blessing that they now have this beautiful child. They deserve this baby and she will be truly loved. Shawn is a great person and doesn’t deserve any negativity. No one knows the hurt of losing a child unless you’ve been there.not fair for the awful comments some of you are posting. Get a life and leave them alone.

  31. How wonderful Shawn that you have a baby girl! When I first began watching QVC regularly I will admit, I thought you to be a bit over the top and didn’t care for you. Now I feel I have been able to get to know you through the television. Your kindness and warmth of spirit comes through the shoes and clothes every once in a while and it has become evident you are a nice person and I now Iove watching your shows. Would love to see Baby Jagger soon! God bless you, Linda

  32. Linda Barrett

Shawnee Sue. I was wondering where you have been. I am so excited that you and Joe have adopted a baby girl. Baby Jagger will grow with 2 brothers a mom and dad that have so very much unconditional love for all of you.
I hope you return to QVC, if for some reason you decide to stay home. Go for it. Life goes by fast and baby Jagger will grow fast and you and Joe want to be there for first tooth, crawling, rolling, clapping her hands. Standing, first step. Potty training, Jaggers first words mama. Dada. My blessings are with your whole family. Cherish all you time. Don’t let anyone make you feel you did wrong! That woman sounded very lonely. She didn’t have to say what she did. She needs to find happiness in her own self. Please let these people enjoy there wonderful bundle.
