Lauren Philips was born and raised in Melbourne.
She is the daughter of parents Bobby Philips (father) and Liz Coningsby (mother) and the granddaughter of Margaret Coningsby, all of whom she has very close relationships with.

In fact, when Lauren got married to her husband Lachlan Sparks, she chose to hold the ceremony in Flinders, Victoria, instead of having a destination wedding because her grandmother was not feeling well.
