Matilde Faria is a humanitarian worker, more famous for being the wife of the famed Football Club manager Jose Mourinho.

Matilde Tami Faria : Family and Education :

Matilde was born in Angola & raised in Setubal, Portugal.
She grew up as a strong practising Catholic and has raised her two children to be the same.
Her children, with husband Jose Mourino, are the socialite Matilde Mourino and son Jose Mario Jr.

She goes by the name of “Tami” for most of her life, and her daughter of the same name has chosen to go by Tita.
Known for her humanitarian work, she is a strong figure in her local area of Setubal.
She also travels the world as an ambassador for the World Food Programme, which have a goal to banish world hunger.

Matilde married her husband Jose in 1989, after having dated since they were teenagers.
The two had grown-up living just one street apart from each other in Setubal & both still consider that area to be home.

Infidelity Claims :

A woman named Elsa Sousa gave an interview to the English press, stating she had an affair with him
She gave a particularly racy account of Jose feeding her chocolate chip cookies while they made love.
The couple both declined to comment on the story, except to say that it was untrue.

Then in 2010, another woman Lelesit Silvana came forward claiming to have had an affair with him. She claimed that the two had romantic holidays in Poland.
Again, the couple did not comment on this issue except to say it was untrue.

Surgery & Husband’s Devotion :

Shortly before Christmas in 2016, Faria received some unexpected test results (rumoured to have been cancer-related) from her doctor that required her to have immediate surgery.
It was thought her initial surgery was a success, and as such her husband left her bedside to return to Manchester for his duties with his football club.
However, she developed severe pain, and it was revealed that something had gone wrong in the surgery, which would require her to return for emergency surgery.

Her husband raced from London to Lisbon and back again a few times to be with her, and this was said by some to be the final nail in the coffin to silence those infidelity rumours.
He flew to her bedside on the morning of 28 December 2016, before returning to London late that night. He then led the Manchester United training session on the morning of the 29th and then flew back to Portugal to be with her.
He was back in London on the 30th for a midday press conference, before again returning to Portugal to be with his wife.
