Megan was born on 22nd July 1989 with the maiden name Megan Ohai, in Sunny Draper, Utah. Her parents are Ben Ohai and Cindy Ohai.
Megan has three siblings. They are Cami, Aubrey and Kealia Ohai. Her sister Kealia is a professional soccer player, & is most famous for scoring the winning goal for USA at the 2012 Under 20 World Cup Finals.
She married footballer Brian Cushing in 2012, and has two sons with him. They are named Cayden (born in 2012) and Kai Cushing (born in 2014).

Brian is the star linebacker for Houston, Texas, in the NFL. He played college football at the University of South California, and was drafted by team Texans in the first round of the 2009 NFL drafts
She and her family moved into their new $2.2 million residence in Houston, Texas, in August 2014. Previously, they lived in a Mediterranean style home in the Sienna Village of Water Lake Subdivision in Missouri City, Texas.

Megan has been devoutly working out in the gym since her freshman year in college. There are a number of photos on her Instagram account that show her posing after a workout.
Furthering her passion, she started a fitness blog with her sister Kealia in March 2017. The blog deals with general fitness tips, including gym workout schedules and athletic toning, as well as special exercises for post maternity women, on how to get back to a toned body after pregnancy.

Aside from fitness, she has apparently spent time decorating a few of the rooms in the 5,400 square foot mansion that she recently bought with Brian, and is apparently considering indulging it professionally.
