‘Ek Hoti Rajkanya’ is a story which revolves around a young girl Avani Jairam Bhosle from Shegaon, who aspires to become a Doctor. Avani’s father Jairam Bhosle is a police constable.
Jairam Bhosale is killed on duty while controlling a violent mob during Ganesh festival procession. Due to the untimely death of her father Jairam, Avani has to take responsibility for the entire house. She has to take the care of her mother Savita and younger brother Chaitya. She keeps aside her dream of becoming a doctor and joins the police service as her father’s replacement.
The whole family has to shift to Mumbai as her posting is in Gokul Nagar Police Station in Mumbai. Coming from a small village to Mumbai, Avani has to face lots of challenges.
This story is based on how the 20-year-old girl Avani faces her life’s difficulties and how she overcome the challenges.
The title track of the serial is sung by Ajay Purkar and Devaki Pandit. Ashok Pataki has given the music to this show.
