Veena has pampered her daughter Pranjal since she was a child by giving her everything she wants and even more. Pranjal is of the age to get married and is looking forward to a new life with her husband and in-laws. Raaya, played by Niranjan Kulkarni is the guy Pranjal has fallen for.
Veena, however, plans to marry her off to a Ghar Jawai, so that Pranjal will never leave her. It is the story of how a mother and daughter work through this issue and try to get what they want.
