Pralhad Kudtarkar is a Marathi actor, director, writer, who played the role of Pandu in the Zee Marathi horror – thriller daily show Ratris Khel Chale.
Originally from Mumbai, Prahlad has studied at the Maharshi Dayanand College of Commerce. He was chosen for the role for Pandu by Nilesh Mayekar and Santosh Bhosale. For this role, Prahlad studied a character he had known in his personal life.
Pandu was one of the most appreciated characters of the serial’s entire cast. With shabby clothes and bad hair yet innocent laughter, the character managed to capture the hearts of the audience.
What was surprising was the fact that the dialogues for the show were also written by Pralhad Kudtarkar himself. Some of the other shows for which he has written dialogues include the past hit shows Ka Re Durava and Abhas Ha. He was an assistant director for Zee Marathi’s Home Minister show as well.
Prior to starting his career on television, he participated in a number of intercollegiate plays and has also written and directed a few of them. He has also acted in the Award Winning Short Film titled SELFIE produced by Aghaaz Productions in 2015.
Some of his other works include acting in the Zee Natya Gaurav award-winning natak EK Baki Ekaki and directing the natak Veer Daudle Saat.
