As per Dallas News, Mark routinely videotaped his sexual encounters. Authorities had confiscated over 250 DVDs of Mark having sex with his sexual victims. During the trial, some videos were shown. After viewing a graphic video of rough sex, a juror was reported to have fainted. The woman was excused from the jury by the judge.
Previous reporting from KSAT revealed that Mark had made a call to his brother, telling him to destroy “those f***ng DVDs” containing the footage of the trysts. The event created a lot of controversy in the press.
