  1. I am 79, born June 20, 1943, and commenced working out and bodybuilding at age 43. After two decades of exercising, cycling, and two knee replacements, I’ve been inactive for nearly nine years, and desire to regain complete mobility without excessive pain.

I have always admired Ms. Ernestine Shepherd and am trying to model myself after her. I am currently taking PT twice a week, and working two jobs…both are sedentary, with moderate exercising. I would love to reach out to Ms. Shepherd for the best improvement plan for a person of my stature…5’9″, 195 pounds, with weak core muscle, lower back pain, along with tons of medications and supplements.

  2. I too am a senior born in 1936. Married for 67 years. After helping my husband fight cancer for 15 years, I thought that I would just take care of myself – like sleeping late, eating all the stuff that I liked, sitting and watching tv, reading, etc. All of a sudden I was having pain in my knees and in my back. After going to doctors, physical therapy, and a diagnosis of high blood pressure, nothing changed.

Now after one month of eating the right food, losing weight, and starting to go to the gym with advice from a trainer, I feel so much better and move around a whole lot more. It works.

Ernestine, I thank the Lord for your testimony of good health and exercise.

    Regards,
    Tanya Harrington.

  3. Mrs. Ernestine Shepard is definitely an inspiration to me. I am 57 and struggling to lose 25 pounds. I also have a desire in my mind to be a fitness model…but have never pursued it.
