Kira Balinger is an actress, most well-known for her character Caitlyn Simbulan Morrison in the 2016 Philippine romantic melodrama TV series The Story of Us, by Richard Somes.
As a girl, she always dreamt of becoming an international model after binge-watching America’s Next Top Model when she was 6.

Her life changed forever when one day Abby Niesta from Star Magic approached her while she was eating ice cream at the mall with her mom & approach her with a role offer.
