  1. Dr. Kim,

Faith without works is dead…James says. Work out your salvation with fear and trembling, Apostle Paul says. If you are once saved always saved then why do this? If you are once saved always saved then you don’t have to go to church anymore, read the Word anymore, sin with no worry, and I could go on and on.

If the last lazy rich church Laodicean church is spat out of God’s mouth you think they will make it to heaven? No, they will not. That church is disgusting to Him.

Please stop preaching false doctrine. You are only going to get punished worse than anyone at the White Throne Judgement.

    1. The word of God cannot contain contradictions. If passages like Ephesians 2:8-9 explicitly say we’re saved by faith only and not by works, whereas others like the one you mentioned from James say that salvation is by faith plus works, there’s a contradiction.

Pastor Gene Kim correctly solves it through rightly dividing the word like 2 Timothy 2:15 tells us to do (in the KJV, corrupt versions modify this verse). The passage in Ephesians is adressing the church, us, in the church area, while the James passage is adressing the Jews. If I have two sons; one is good at math and the other is good at sports, and I tell the first to stay home and study math and the second to go out and play ball, this is not a contradition. But if I tell my only son to do both simultaneously, this is a contradiction.

Dispensationalism is an extremely important doctrine. In fact, when this doctrine was taught to me by pastor Robert Breaker, this is when I finally converted for good and got saved after many years of being a Christian sympathizer but not really saved, not really trusting Jesus because of all the doubts I had, mainly caused by the bible contradiction issue. So thank God there are still people like brother Kim and brother Breaker preaching the word correctly and rightly dividing it. God bless, sister.

      1. Im glad you brought up Ephesians 2:8-9 Fabio. Why did you stop reading at verse 9? Is verse 10 missing from your Bible? Ephesians 2:10 “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Our faith is demonstrated by works. These works are given to us to do from God. In Hebrews 11 we have many examples of people of faith. One thing in common with all of them is they were accounted faithful by what they did, not by what they believed. Titus 1:16 hopefully will strike a chord here: “They profess to know God, but by their deeds they deny Him.”

      1. It is also true that works without faith is dead because it comes from human effort not God’s grace and power. Religion is man devising his own way of salvation. Christianity is God providing his free grace to us that produces true godly works (Eph 2:10).

        1. The Bible disagrees with your theory about religion. Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. James 1:27

  2. Rom 9:1-8 I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost, 2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. 3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh: 4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises; 5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. 6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: 7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. 8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of YAHUAH: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

Why does Paul, who was of the tribe of Benajamin, a Hebrew of the seed of Israel and the heritage of Abraham and Isaac concentrate his efforts on his brothers, his kinsmen, the 12 sons (tribes) of Jacob/Israel? Verse six reveals to us that they are not all Israel, which are of Israel, yet through Isaac was Jacob born who was the father of the 12 tribes. I believe that Paul is refering to Ishmael’s heritage (known as the Muslims today), and of the Pharisees and Saducees who claim to be of Abraham, but are not (chapter 8 of the Book of John and Revelation 2:9 and 3:9).

Rom 9:27-28 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved: 28 For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.

Some 2.5 million Hebrews came out of Egyp under the direction of Moses, what do you thing the population of the 12 lost tribes of Israel is today (over a billion)?

Rom 10:1 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to YAHUAH for Israel is, that they might be saved.

If Israel is as numerous as the sand of the sea and according to Paul’s writting, “that they might be saved,” who are they today. What nations have a history of following Christ, preaching the WORD, printing and taking Bibles around the World?

Rom 11:1-2 I say then, Hath YAHUAH cast away his people? YAHUAH forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 YAHUAH hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to YAHUAH against Israel, saying,

How is it that Paul knew who he was, and that most beleivers today don’t? Isaiah wrote in chapter 1 verses 1-3, “My (YAHUAH’s), people don’t know who I AM, who they are, nor do they know My WORD. YAHUAH has not cast away His people. Though they are scattered among the nations according to James 1:1, “to the 12 tribes scatterd abroad.” How could YAHUAH lose over a billion people?

Rom 11:5-8 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. 6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. 7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded 8(According as it is written, YAHUAH hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

It is the Hebrew people, all 12 tribes of Israel that have been given the spirit of slumber, but there is a remnant according to the election of grace that know who they are, who YAHUAH is, and they continue on in His WORD. Just as the Book of Revelation and the seven Church’s that Christ either accepted or rejected, the few that He gave acclaim to knew who the synagouge of Satan were. The same with the remnant today, they know who the elect, covenant, chosen, set a part seed of Abraham are and who has been grafted in. They also know those who are contrary to all people, and who put Christ on the tree.

Rom 11:25-36 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fulness of the Gentiles come in. 26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27 For this is my covenant unto them when I shall take away their sins. 28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes. 29 For the gifts and calling of YAHUAH are without repentance. 30 For as ye in times past have not believed YAHUAH, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: 31, Even so, have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. 32 For YAHUAH hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. 33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of YAHUAH! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 34 For who hath known the mind of YAHUAH? or who hath been his counsellor? 35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? 36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen.

Paul studied among the Pharisees and Sadducees and became a Jew in a spiritual sense, but he was not of Jewish heritage. Keep in mind that Paul’s name was changed from Saul and while under the teaching of the Pharisees and Saducees Saul was persecuting and involved in putting to death, Christians. Twice in scripture, Paul proclaims that he was of the seed of Israel, a Hebew, of the tribe of Benjamin, and the Jews claim to be of the tribe of Judah. But Yahuah’s tells us differently in John chapter 8. Our deliver is of the seed of Jacob, as written above, as His mother was of the tribe of Levi and Judah via her mother (lineage in Book of Mattew). Yet Yahusha was not Jewish as the blood line and the birthright is from the Father, all throughout scripture. Yahusha’s birth through the Father was via the Holy Spirit that inceminated Mary, and He is the Son of GOD (YAHUAH). To call Yahusha a Jew, one would be inferring that YAHUAH is Jewish and My ELohim, our Father, and our King and High Priest are not of any corrupted heritage of men. Be copiously blessed as you ponder these things, and as the Holy Spirit gives you eyes to see and ears to hear thorugh the reading of the WORD/s of YAHUAH, and His Son.
1 Cor 1:11-13 For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you. 12 Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. 13 Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?

1 Cor 7:18-19 Is any man called being circumcised? let him not become uncircumcised. Is any called in uncircumcision? let him not be circumcised. 19 Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of YAHUAH.

I love how Paul who came out of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees and the contentions they had with the followers of Christ, the Messiah. Paul makes it very clear that circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments (law, Torah) of YAHUAH. We are not followers of any man but of Yahusha the Christ and the only Book, WORD, scripture, and testament He had and followed to the tee, was the Old Testament. Yahusha kept His Father’s WORD and Saul was still under the influence of corrupt temple chief priests when Christ was on this earth revealing the Father and His WORD/s to mankind. Paul’s name was not changed until Christ had been crucified, and he may well have been in the crowd proclaiming, “crucify Him.” The risen Christ called out to Saul, “And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come nigh unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me. 7 And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?” Acts 22:6-7

Acts 13:6-10 And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-Jesus: 7 Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of YAHUAH. 8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith. 9 Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Spirit, set his eyes on him, 10 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the YAHUAH?

Interestingly, Saul, who became Paul calls a Jew a false prophet and a child of the devil. An enemy of those on the right side of YAHUAH, that prevent the appropriate way to coming to faith in Christ.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Ex 16:28 And the YAHUAH said unto Moses, How long refuse ye to keep my commandments and my laws?

Ex 20:6 And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Lev 22:31-33 Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD. 32 Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD which hallow you, 33 That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your Elohim: I am the LORD.

Be copiously blessed as you contemplate these truths so as to rightly divide the WORD/s of YAHUAH.

  3. Would you address these two questions?

    1. How does the “every word preserved” doctrine reconcile the lost, and changed words of Isaiah only 700 years later at the time of Christ? Notice that some changes are significant. “God” is removed once and “the Lord” is substituted with the pronoun “he”.

    2. Since Jesus is omniscient, knowing all about the controversy that would divide his church 2000 years later, is it possible that he provides this singular example, reading/teaching himself from a different version of the very scripture he inspired, to also instruct us? It is significant to note that though many of the words are different, the message is the same.

I realize there is much more that could be discussed. The core question that any advocate of the KJV only, every word preserved doctrine must answer is, “What happened to the words that are changed or omitted by the time Christ and Philip read from Isaiah?”

I am not a fan of modern versions. I am a King James only user by preference, but do not subscribe to the “only inspired version” or “every word preserved” doctrine, partly because I find that it is not necessary and cannot be reconciled with the King James Bible itself.

  4. Dr Kim, you bring up some very interesting points. I like the way you explain with scripture. I am hooked on your teachings.

    1. Your teaching has helped me understand dispensationalism. Do you know of a KJV-only believing Pastor and church like yours in or near Puyallup, Washington?

  5. Best pastor ever! Even my mother thinks he is good; and she has very high standards! I read all these hateful comments on here regarding Dr. Kim, and I can clearly see Satan talking through these “Christians”.

  6. Christian churches should not be in 501c3. They should render to pay taxes and be responsible to the government.

    1. No, they should not. Taxation is from Satan. That is what you need to know. Our modern society is nothing but a product of the strongest masonic powers and not a natural evolutionary thing that we created together. We are all enslaved and forced to live like this. It’s a trap of control and only makes life worse for everyone except for the masonic elite.

      1. I think Dr. Gene is the best pastor ever. His teachings and the way he preaches the Bible is the absolute correct way. He has made it easy for me to understand the Bible better…I really liked the way he connects the dots and cross reference examine the Bible and apply it to what’s really happening in the world right now. Keep up the super phenomenal work, pastor Dr. Gene.

      1. Amen. Once again I must agree. It all belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ and not any government, church or individual. Most states already pay a state sales tax. The federal government already imposed excessive taxes by their constant revisionist tax codes and increases our taxes by inflating the worth of the dollar and increases the national debt; which to me is nothing more than a pyramid scheme by the politicians to keep themselves in power.

    2. Being responsible to especially to our government would be very wrong of any Christian Church. The Christian Church is responsible to Our Father Through Jesus Chirst.

  7. Great…tell it like it is! Why can’t all these so called pastors get it right? Women cannot be in pastoral positions in 5-fold new covenant Christianity!

  8. I’ve never heard Dr. Gene mention Voddie Baucham. Does anyone know his opinion on Voddie’s teachings?

    1. Pastor Kim said Voddie Baucham is a Calvinist and he believe Calvinism is a wrong doctrine. I agree with him.

  9. Dr. Gene,

This was my first time watching one of your videos. I was very saddened to see how much you focused on the perversion of other famous ministers. Although I am not one of their followers, I do feel this is nothing but pure gossip. It was totally non-Christian and only meant to destroy them and their families. God grants total forgiveness with repentance…so why judge other disciples? Doesn’t the Bible say…“Judge not, lest ye be judged and in the same manner, you judge others?”

Sorry, but I was very bothered by this and just had to comment because I know in my heart this is not true Christian behavior.

    1. We are to worn others of wolf’s in sheep’s clothing! God works in his Word there will be false prophets, false teachers, and we as God’s people are to warn others about them! And we are to judge! That is having discernment. The scripture that you are referring to has been taken out of context and misunderstood!

If some man walked up to your child and started speaking to him, should you have enough judgement to discern if he might be a predator or not? So you would have to judge that (him). We judge every day, if we didn’t we’d be robots or stupid! Pastors are to warn other Christians of wolf’s because you could be following one and not realise it. A wolf is someone (so called pastor or anyone) who preaches a false doctrine outside of what the KJV Bible teaches. They purposely or ignorantly mislead people from truth which IS VERY Dangerous! There is ONLY one way to heaven and that is through JESUS CHRIST! BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH!

    2. One of the most well-known and most abused passages in the entire Bible is Matthew 7:1: “Do not judge so that you will not be judged.” So many times, if any criticism is offered concerning any religious practice that does not measure up to what the Bible says, the retort comes, “The Bible says ‘judge not,’ and you’re judging.” I would be more financially secure if I had a dollar for every time I have heard that phraseJudging others is wrong when you draw conclusions without careful examination. “Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment” (John 7:24). Too often people just go with the first thing they notice, but first impressions are not always right. “The first to plead his case seems right, until another comes and examines him” (Proverbs 18:17).

Judging is wrong when we apply one standard to other people but a different standard to ourselves or to our group. “Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and behold, the log is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye” (Matthew 7:1-5). This is a problem the Jews had in dealing with the Gentiles. “Therefore you have no excuse, everyone of you who passes judgment, for in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things” (Romans 2:1). If something is wrong, it is wrong for everyone, including me. This is why we must be impartial in our judgments. “I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of His chosen angels, to maintain these principles without bias, doing nothing in a spirit of partiality” (I Timothy 5:21).

Judging is wrong when we use the wrong standard. Too often people are condemned because they don’t make exactly the same choices as we do. “For we are not bold to class or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves; but when they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they are without understanding” (II Corinthians 10:12). The only standard that matters is God’s standard. “Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand” (Romans 14:4).

  10. Dr. Gene,

Your ministry has changed my life & answered many questions. I asked God to reveal the truth to me & He led me to your teachings. You will know the truth & the truth will set you free. In a day & age where the word of God is translated in so many different ways, it can cause confusion.

May our gracious Lord continue to bless you

    1. “What, know ye not that someday ye shall judge angels? And can ye not judge these things?” Disdain and judgment are two different things.

  11. Thank you Dr. Kim,

I have searched far and wide for a Bible Believing Baptist Church such as yours. Could you direct me to a Bible-believing Church such as yours in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I use the KJV only and am looking for a Pastor that preaches out of the KJV and isn’t for show in the Pulpit, no theatrics, no wanna be Pastors that have no qualifications (training) or people skills to even be there.

A Pastor that actually knows what the Bible says, just like Dr. Kim. Have had enough of Pastors that are not in it for the Glory of GOD. Thank you kindly.

    Respectfully,
    Diana.

    1. Hi Diana.

I would like you to Check Tru Life Baptist Church. It’s a new church. They only use KJV only. I have been there before but due to work schedule I haven’t been able to attend. The Pastor and his family is from Texas.

      Angie

  12. Thank you Dr. Kim,

I have searched far and wide for a Bible Believing Baptist Church such as yours. Could you direct me to a Bible-believing Church such as yours in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. 13. One of the most dedicated pastors I have ever known. I say known because I am with him in his preachings of the word of God. My prayer of blessings that I will see him preaching as long as I live.

    Thank you.

  14. Dr. Kim speaks more raw bible truth and if you can’t handle truth well go and be a part of the 2 billion and more that are being misled. I’ve watched his studies, and he is on to something. I’ve prayed and asked Father to lead me to the truth. And then I was brought to Pastor Kim. I’m all about testing the spirit and praying about everything…Father will lead you where He wants you. Thankful to YAHUAH for His grace.

  15. His real name is Kim Geneha (김진하). His father(Kim Kyeonghwan, 김경환) is also a pastor of LA Bible Baptist Church.

  16. Dr. Gene Kim is a great worker for Jesus. He uses the only real Holy Bible. Dr. Kim knows the Bible from the beginning to the end. He is the smartest pastor I ever heard…we need more pastors like him. He talks about all of the false preachers who are not saved and working for the devil.

    1. Do you recommend the billions of benighted, non-English speaking Christians the world over, learn English and then study Shakesperian English so they can also read and be exposed to Gods only true Bible? How did Christianity survive its first 1600 years, before the KJV was first translated, assembled and published in “The Year of Our Lord, 1611”?

  17. Agree with Kim or not, listen and discern. Everybody does things wrong at some point, and many things are right as well. Life is not about growing from one human source but a multiplicity of sources, with the Holy Spirit guiding you.

  18. Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could point me towards a Bible-believing church in Melbourne, Australia? Like a Baptist church here?

    1. Vai, honestly…I guess that you can seek GOD and pray in your heart too…if you cannot find the right church yet. Pray and ask GOD for HIS guidance. Ask the Holy Spirit also. He will guide you!

  19. I listened to Dr. Gene Kim and he should not talk about other Pastors. Instead, he should say we need to pray for these pastors and if they have a small congregation or big that does not make any difference. If they have lots of money it is not evil but if money is ruling their lives it means that Money is their Master. We can’t serve two Masters as it is written in God’s Word. We are not allowed to judge people Jesus…Christ is the JUDGE.

We have to be careful in being too righteous and always find faults with too many people. Love and pray for each other and let God deal with those who are not living in obedience to HIM. God is Almighty, Perfect, and the Only One who knows everything about every one of us so let go of all gossips and let God take over. He’s the Almighty God and we are not.

    1. Suzanne, honestly. I guess that you are wrong a little. From what I understand, we should not simply jump to conclusions or misjudge a person. Gene is somehow still a human…and he shares all from the bible. Have you read your bible lately?

  20. I agree with Dr. Kim, he is right to name and shame these vile preachers. Think about it how many times have they filled people with guilt, causing numerous problems to the weak in mind. Testing us with their knowledge, yes the KJV was interpreted from the Greek, I have been to two different Nazarene churches and the Bible they use was written for the founders daughter i believe so she could understand the bible…I totally disagreed with the pastor using this bible. I went to another house church and one guy cast a spirit of fear out of me, and that night when i went to bed i had nightmares all night, and then I knew that a Christian cannot have these evil things inside them because we have the Holy Spirit, this happened when I was a very young Christian…so yes I do think it is right to name and shame them…they deceive people for money and a lot of these preachers are living heaven on earth and expect Heaven when they get there, Their is so many Christian cults now. Making money out of God’s word when the disciples died for that word. It is really wicked, and its taking the Lord’s name in vain. God’s word is not for sale.

  21. I enjoyed Dr Kim’s video titled “Omicron”. That got my attention and have looked into his teachings. I would like to know how it is ok for churches and pastors to have Sunday worship, not the Sabbath which is Saturday. It was the 4th commandment!

  22. I also only use the KJV and love that finally a minister will ONLY use it, too. Besides my thinking that no other should be used, I don’t want a Bible that reads like a children’s storybook. Good to see that you and I think alike on this.

    Lynda S Allaby

  23. Pastor Kim is a true man of God and I appreciate him for that alone. He is sincere and humble in his preaching as I believe all Christians should be. I do not believe in calling out other preachers by name, but he is human like the rest of us.

We all have flaws, God deals with all of us whether you’re a believer in God or not. None of us gets a free pass. We all must answer to God. I am not a Calvinist, but it doesn’t stop me from listening to Dr. MacArthur or some that have already passed on. I think people should look at their own lives and figure out what God expects of them rather than pointing out all the flaws of other people.

Complaining in the church is of the devil. Complaining out of church is of the devil. We’re all guilty. So we should all focus on God and his plan for our own individual lives. Whether you accept God in your life is your business, but in the end, we are all God’s business.

  24. I enjoy your teaching very much but feel stupid at how often I have overlooked something that a blind person should have seen. I am glad to have someone that is KJV only like I am. When people tell me it does not read like other books I reply that it is not supposed to because it is the Word of God. Keep up the good work.

  25. I listened for the first time to Gene Kim Youtube talk on ‘The 10 scandals in American Ministries, etc’ and, as a devout Christian, he disgusted me very greatly. Looking at him alone, with his appearance, speach and anger and pride, I strongly think he should go back to the pit of hell where he belongs. How dare he critizes these great beloved Preachers. We are all humans subjecting to sin but OUR LORD, preaches on forgiveness and most of these Preachers have asked for forgiveness but are taking us closer walk with GOD. Is Gene Kim, a Korean, taking people to GOD? Personally, listening to him and watching his appearance disgusted me greatly.

    1. A whole lot of these beloved preachers that are put on a pedestal are twisting the Word of God and leading many to hell! Jesus told us that deceivers will wax worse and worse in the last few days. I praise God that he is one of the very FEW preachers that will call out the wolves in sheep’s clothing…those who are ministers of satan, transforming themselves into angels of light! You who are stating, judge not lest you be judged, do NOT know the scriptures! Read ALL the Word in its context!!! He is looking out for God’s sheep!

      1. According to HIS doctrine, HIS philosophy and HIS interpretation? That’s pride and arrogance. Lucifer fell due to these same traits.

  26. Dr. Kim,

I graduated from Dallas Seminary in 1978; while it was a long time ago, it was not in the first Dispensation. I appreciate your stand on Dispensationalism and Calvinism. Early on in my study of the Bible, I realized that the Scripture could not be understood without recognizing them.

In order for one to hold to Calvinism, one has to explain a lot of Bible passages away. Even non-believers I think the explanations that Calvinist give for verses that indicate that all have a volitional choice when it comes to salvation are ridiculous.

  27. I just want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to hear the Bible explained in truth. I have searched for a long time trying to obtain the knowledge and true understanding of God’s Word, and through this man’s passion and love of Christ and all the glory of our father in heaven I can say I feel like a drunkard now for the Gospel and find myself looking for ways to spark the interest that ultimately leads to salvation through Christ and I just believe the world needs to be ready for what is next.

  28. I always look for the so-called person that goes up the one-way street for Wisdom regarding most things. While I personally feel we all do not know the exact truth, I believe it will likely be an Extreme Idealist/BlackSheep who comes closest to it. Pastor Gene stimulates my curiosity amongst the vast opinions we live with regarding religious matters.

  29. Dr Gene Kim has absolutely changed my mind on many things pertaining to scripture. I’m someone who always “fact checks” and looks into what people are saying, instead of just blindly following what they preach. Even yesterday, when I was like “wait, I think he’s wrong.” I went and looked into it with an open mind and concluded that he made a very good point, and changed my perspective. People are just too sensitive to Truth and rather please the itching ears than to have their perspective challenged. He is quite possibly the best preacher I’ve witnessed, especially on Youtube, and he speaks on interesting topics as well such as those pertaining to modern and future events.

Dr Gene is well educated in history and mythological info that can be used to cross-reference to scripture and bring a greater picture. Not everything Christian is about “being nice”. Even Jesus proved this in the clearing of the Temple. That is what a real Christian does. Not just fill the temple, but when necessary, CLEAR IT of all the Lies.

  30. Hi Pastor. I heard you say that people going to hell go to hell immediately at death. How is that possible when people who go to hell have to wait till the Day of Judgment to be sent to hell by Jesus Christ, the Judge?

    1. Good question. Gene Kim strikes me as arrogant in his esoteric prowess but if you know your Bible AND research too, it becomes clear that he has a LOT of wonky doctrines and opinions. I don’t trust him, personally.

Always had a bad gut feeling about Gene’s “superior” esoteric knowledge and today, my suspicions were confirmed. His claim that a SPIRIT-filled believer in Jesus can be POSSESSED by the devil and the devil can speak profanities through them! Even Peter was possessed according to Gene!

If you think he follows Paul’s teachings, then doesn’t Paul say, “We are born again NOT OF CORRUPTIBLE seed but incorruptible.”

Kim has long, interesting sermons which for some people may be too long. But it is always important to listen to anyone’s FINAL comments for I have often noticed that the END of their message reveals their true, deep-seated motive and belief. A STING IN the tail as it were.

  31. I think this man preaches truth. The KJV, Dispensations, etc etc. sometimes the truth isn’t always a sugary treat. But a mature Christian that knows the word of God can understand this. He is the first man to ever seem to be perfectly aligned with the teaching of the local church the Lord bright me to. First Bible Church of Staten Island NY

  32. God bless you, Gene. My name is Andy I’d love to have a chat with you brother I have been trying to join your website but it keeps saying that info isn’t sufficient God had opened my eyes to many things lately and I’d like your opinion on these things I’m not taking the choice lightly to come to you first with these things I’ve watched many of your videos compared to other pastors out there and feel that your views are close to what I’ve been shown! I’d appreciate it if you could find some time to go over these things with me.

  33. Hmm, Dr. Kim seems so wise and really digs into the word. I’m torn though, I sense Pride there also. I can’t understand why he would attack Ray Comfort. or Todd from Wretched. this puzzles me. very difficult to find a loving Pastor rightly dividing the word of truth. not sure if attacking these two men is right. (plenty of truly fallen pastors out there) but Ray & Todd?? any who, Lord please lead, guide & direct my path!

  34. Moral light is living in the results of right thinking based on standards of behavior and God’s Word. Spiritual Light is thinking with God in categories yet is a revelation of grace and truth in a life filled with the Spirit of God in life’s details.

Spiritual Light keeps you moral but moral light will never make you spiritual. The best way to refute a moral light teaching is to consider the Apostle Paul prior to his conversion. Thinking that killing Christians was what he should teach and live by. “Why do you persecute Me”?

It took Barnabus to get the Christians on that day to accept Saul as Paul. They too were living in a revelation of moral light but once they spent time with Paul and Barnabus they knew he had been converted. This is critical of “Moral light” believers that are not spiritual.
Seen it for my whole life…the guy telling you of these “standards” reinforce the need to live on some high moral standard and they themselves eventually are revealed to be failing in the same areas.

The Judgement Seat of Christ will reveal this “Big-Time”! A total shocker for many!

  35. We cannot hear you in Connecticut…your speakers are off pastor Kim. Please fix the speaker so we can hear you.

The last three services you have loaded on YouTube do not have good volume. Please fix the volume so we can hear the message here in Connecticut.

God bless for the wonderful work you do.

  36. Hi Pastor, can u please tell me how to proof the 666 in a barcode or QR code? I have to prove this to someone and I can’t find evidence.
