- In 2014, Dillon joined Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. She graduated in 2018. Here, she opted for majoring in two subjects – International Relations with an emphasis on national security & secondly, Middle Eastern Studies.

- Internship at the Council for National Policy, Washington D.C., (May to July 2016).
- Kassy worked as an online marketing strategist for Intercity Lines Inc. at Warren, MA (August 2015 to September 2016).
- The State Chair for Young Americans for Liberty (YAL), from September 2016 until June 2017.
- Internship at The U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C. (June to August 2017).
