Jessica was born on January 25, 1989, in England.
Openly gay, she is married to a female professional photographer and social media personality named Claudia with whom she shares her life journey and passions both on and off the internet. The couple tied the knot in 2016.

Fozard was diagnosed with an illness called HNPP (Hereditary Neuropathy and Pressure Palsies) when she was very young and received multiple ear operations, which left her unable to hear well as a child.
She made the decision to start using hearing aids when she was a teenager after realising that her hearing was rapidly deteriorating because of damages to her nerves. Jessica eventually learnt how to use sign language while she in university.
